DendroTweaks, an interactive approach for unraveling dendritic dynamics

We are excited to share that our paper on the DendroTweaks toolbox is now published in eLife: https://doi.org/10.7554/eLife.103324.3.
We developed this toolbox to make detailed biophysical neuronal models more intuitive and interactive.
DendroTweaks offers a rich set of tools for working with neuronal morphologies, ion channels, and synaptic inputs.
It is available as both a standalone Python package and a web-based application.
