We have established a surgical unit for rodents (mice and rats), a galvanometric and resonant laser scanning two-photon microscope (Thorlabs) for imaging in vivo and in vitro,\u00a0and behavioral setups for studying flexible behaviors in head-fixed and freely moving animals.
